Weekend Ensemble is a modern wedding guide and curated supplier directory. It was created for the new generation of couples who want to plan with clarity, intention, and good taste.
Honestly, this site started from my own wedding planning frustrations. When I began planning my wedding in Davao, I thought researching online would be fun. Instead, I spent weeks jumping between dozens of Facebook pages, scrolling through buried comment sections, and trying to figure out which suppliers actually matched our style.
Everything felt scattered. Traditional bridal magazines felt too stiff and outdated for how young couples celebrate today. Meanwhile, online forums were full of stress, confusion, and overwhelming checklists. I wanted a single, calm place that organized the best suppliers in one spot and answered the real questions brides actually ask. Since it did not exist yet, I decided to build it.
While the directory started here in Davao City, I hope to bring this to even more places soon. Weekend Ensemble is a growing space, and the goal is to expand beyond Davao to celebrate more wedding destinations and creatives across the Philippines. More on that soon! 🙂
